We strive to process orders quickly — packing and dispatch typically take 1–3 business days.
We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with:
- A tracking number
- The carrier’s details
- A link to track your package
Tracking becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
When your shipment reaches your country, the local postal service will complete delivery. You can continue tracking here.
If your package is marked “undeliverable,” please first check with your local post office — they can provide delivery details we may not have access to.

Change of Shipping Address
Entered the wrong address? Email us at support@fixagen.com as soon as possible.
We can only update your shipping address before the order has been dispatched.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- Your order number
If possible, report any visible packaging damage with your local carrier upon delivery.
Additional Notes
- Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons or due to customs checks.
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please wait an extra 5 business days before contacting us.
- Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is out of our control — but we’re always here to help resolve any issues on your behalf.
