At FIXAGEN, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns

If your item has a quality issue, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return.

For returns not related to a defect or error (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Items must be free of pet hair and damage
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Final Sale and Free Gift items are non-returnable

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please contact us at support@fixagen.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@fixagen.com with your order number and photos if applicable

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. A return label fee (10% of total order value) will be deducted from your refund


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email if it’s approved or denied.

 

Refund Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Processed within 7 business days
  • PayPal Payments: Processed within 3 business days

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Important Notes

  • Returns/exchanges apply only to purchases from fixagen.com
  • Do not send items back without email confirmation
  • Do not return items to the manufacturer directly
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items marked Final Sale or discounted by more than 50% are non-refundable
  • Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged
