How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking code. Use it to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Two ways to track your order:
By email
Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be inside. Click it to see your delivery status in real time.
Through your account
Log in to your Fixagen account, go to your Orders page, and click on your order. Your tracking code will be listed there along with your order details.
Haven't received your tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, allow up to 1–5 business days from your order date for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Still nothing? Contact us at support@fixagen.com and we'll look into it right away.
Order not moving?
International orders may experience delays during customs clearance. This is normal and outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, reach out to us at support@fixagen.com and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
